Ordering
You place your order via our website, www.crystalbra.co.uk / www.crystalbra.se

Age limit
We have an age limit of 16 years of age. If you are below 16, you need your parents permission. Please observe that the local laws of your country may state otherwise.

Prices
All prices includes 25% Swedish VAT. Prices are shown in SEK (swedish krona) in the swedish part of the website, and in EUR in the english part of the website.

Reservation for errors and changes
We reserve the right for price changes, price errors, stock changes and possible technical difficulties with the website, web browser, networks and servers. We reserve the right to correct information about products, images and prices that are faulty. We reserve the right for certain items to be out of stock or be deleted.

Delivery conditions and shipping costs
We send all our orders using PostNord. If you order before 15.00 (3 pm) we will send it the same day, Monday to Friday. Delivery time estimates to 1-2 days (Scandinavia), and 2-3 days for Europe. For orders outside Europe, delivery could take between 6-14 days depending of where you live.

We always charge 79 SEK (9.99 EUR) in shipment cost for countries outside Sweden, but within Europe. The shipment cost is always the same, no matter of how much you order. International orders outside Europe will be charged SEK 169:- (19.99 EUR).

Unclaimed packages:
If you don't claim your package and it's returned to us, we have to change you SEK 199:- (23,99 EUR) to cover our costs.

Terms of payment
As an International customer, we offer payment using PayPal Checkout Express. You can pay your order safely using VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Maestro. You can also pay with money from your PayPal account.

Right of withdrawal 
You always have the choice to return your ordered goods within 14 days of delivery. The item has to be in unchanged condition, so you can try it on carefully and return it if it doesn't fit. You as customer will pay for all shipping costs. You also have to get a RMA number by sending us an e-mail before returning any goods. If an item is faulty, we will pay all shipping costs.

Please read our Bra Size Guide before ordering, so you minimize the risk of getting the wrong size.

Complaints 
If you have a problem with your goods, we offer one year warranty on our products. Save your invoice, you'll need it to make any complaints.

Privacy and personal data
We will only use your personal information to process your order. We will never offer your data to a third party. All customers are signed up for our newsletter, which will be distributed at most one time/month. Usually we only distribute the newsletter once every quarter. If you don't wish to recieve our newsletter, please send us an e-mail at info@crystalbra.se.
